- College of Medicine and King Khalid University Hospital.
- King Abdul-Aziz University Hospital.
- The educational area in the University City of Diriyah.
- The central service complex and service spending paths leading to the University City in Diriyah.
- Department of scientific publishing, printing presses, sports facilities and car workshops
- Student housing, faculty and staff housing, and housing rented by the university
- University Female Students - Al-Badiah District, East Riyadh, Al-Yarmouk District, and the College of Applied Studies and Community Service in Al-Nasiriyah District
- University city project for female students in Diriyah and buildings under construction
- Teachers College in Al-Rayyan neighborhood
- The Community College in Al-Malaz district (rented) and the female students’ housing complex in King Abdullah neighborhood (rented).
- Any complex, buildings or units affiliated with King Saud University outside the University City in Diriyah and have the authority to supervise them, whether they are rented or owned by the university and serve the employees of the university.

- Fire caused by afforestation and cleaning services.
- Fire caused by improper storage of flammable materials.
- Fire caused by storing flammable liquids.
- Fire caused by storing hazardous materials in laboratories.
- Poor maintenance of fire alarm equipment and systems at the university.
- Fire caused by storing liquefied petroleum gas (LpG).
- Fire caused by poor arrangement and coordination in the emergency exits and service rooms.
- Fire caused by poor application of safety conditions in laboratories.
- Unclear procedures in case of fire.
- Training on how to use manual fire extinguishers and how to evacuate in case of emergency.
- Lack of fire protection devices (extinguishing systems or alarm systems or both).
- Absence of indicative and warning safety signs for exit paths in case of emergency, external and internal gathering points, and the naming of service rooms in buildings.
- Fire risks for university contractors for projects, maintenance and operations.
- Fire risks from unauthorized modifications inside buildings and public facilities.
